Fixed Frequency WebSDR Minisite

A quick project to let a local Scout troop listen in on evening nets without radios or licenses.

Quick Minisite

I heard a checkin on the local 2m club repeater asking if anyone was aware of a websdr in range. The idea was that a local Scout troop could listen in to evening nets without buying radios or being licensed operators, yet.

This made me think it might be a fun (and very quick) little project with stuff I already had around the house. Whether or not anyone besides me will want to use it is yet to be seen.
