I made an iOS app called FixFolio — one place for your home's maintenance, breaker panel, and service contacts.
What It Does
- Breaker Mapping — Capture circuit descriptions and panel details so you always know exactly what each breaker controls.
- Maintenance Tracking — Log maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvements. Keep a permanent history of everything done to your home.
- Reminders — Never forget filter replacements, inspections, or seasonal maintenance. FixFolio reminds you when work is due.
- Contractor Records — Keep contractor info linked to work they performed. Quickly find who installed, repaired, or serviced each system.
- Organized by System — Everything is structured by system — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more — so information is easy to find later.
- Export and Share — Export breaker panel schedules and maintenance records to share with contractors, buyers, or your future self.
All data stays in your private iCloud account. No accounts, no tracking, and no third-party servers.
